My mobile phone tel no (REMOVED) was lost/stolen on 23 May 2024. This was reported. Please can you advise if my phone has been used or tried to have been used since then. Can you also advise what the current balance is on my bill. I have tried to access programmes on the o2/Virgin network, but they have all asked for a telephone number to send a code through to access my account. I am currently without a telephone and I am waiting to get paid so I can afford a new one. I would be grateful for your assistance in this matter. Regards - Alister Stuart

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
