Hi,
Placed my order yesterday and paid deposit, but at the end got email saying:
"We need to take a look at your application. Hold tight and we'll get back to you within 24 hours."
24 hours already has passed and no update at all and it's impossible to get through to someone to speak.
o2 app seems to be having a glitch or something as it's useless...
