My network coverage is not working

I had this issue for nearly two months now where my calls say called failed and the network coverage is very bad no one can hear me I have called customer services many times now asking for this to be fixed and nothing has been done I just spoke to customer services a man called Tim he said I need to write on here for someone to help sort this out
