My Tariff

I upgraded to a new tariff in January 2017, which said £11 for the first 6 months and £22 for the last 6 months. I have noticed my tariff says £22 per month. Why? Thanks. Abesh

If you look in your myo2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 you will see either a bolt on for the half price reduction or an allowance of -£11.00 in the adjustments section.
The main tariff is £22.00 so will always show this value but your bill will be adjusted for 6 months.

Exactly the same with me @Anonymous I am on the £18.00 sim only and it's £9.00 for the first 6 months.

It shows as £18 but in the adjustment section there is -£9.00

I also checked my bank balance and the correct amount has been deducted.

Mine is a bolt on but it's a permanent reduction rather than a time limited one, but my belief is temp limited reductions show as adjustments.

Interesting - must be down to who sets up the contract, but either way it still shows the full tariff with the discount applied separately.

After this debate I went and checked my bolt ons. (Previously only looked at bill breakdown section where it does show as an adjustment)

To add...I am not sure why, as I took mine out only 4 days before @jonsie, that I got 50% off and he only got 30% Confused
