My O2 app gives error code (MSISDN)

I am now unable to sign in to my O2 app after getting my number transferred to a new sim when I got a new phone (I think having a temporary number for a few days messed it up), I know there is already a thread on this but the solution on there doesn't work for me. If I go into 'settings' there isn't 'apps' so I cannot 'clear data'. I have tried deleting and redownloading the app, I am on IOS 7 with the 5S. Please help!

Go to.

Settings - general - usage - blue writing says show all apps and hit that. Find MyO2 and touch the red delete app.
This should then clear the app data and then re download myo2.

Have you spoken to customer services to have your account checked.

Thank you! I did that and then restarted the phone, it still didn't work so I thought I'd randomly reset my password to see if that worked, so I filled in my details and changed my password and it has let me in 😊
