Hi

When I signed up for my O2 Refresh, was told that I was on flexible airtime plan and can change If I feel according to my usage.

Just wanna know what happens to my O2 Open Discount ? do I loose it or still keep it ?

If so whom do I contact to make changes ? Or can I do it online.

Thanks & Regards

Hi @kuchipudinitin

Once you have had your new phone for 30 days you can move your tariff up or down, once a month, to any of the tariffs that were available when you purchased your new phone. You can do this yourself by signing into your MyO2.

You should not lose your O2 Open discount.

Hope this helps and welcome to the forum Welcome

You keep your open plan but bear in mind the discount is a percentage of the airtime so the amount you get will vary accordingly
