Move to pay and go from pay monthly

I wanted to swap from contract to pay and go. On the chat informed me that my old sim card wil be working till new sim card arrived. It should happen 23rd Nov. O2 sent me new sim card 26th Nov and 27th my old sim stopped working without new sim card arrived. I spent 2 hrs on the chat and they raised comeback to my contract to working by old sim card. They inormed me that takes 4 hrs. After 7hrs still not working

Common practice on O2 these days. It's all automatically done.

No sure customer service can do anything

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
