I’m not getting any mobile data if I’m not in the house on WiFi then I get no internet, I’ve checked my account n I’ve got my full data allowance left.

You need to check you have mobile data turned on in settings first.

You may also need to set an "apn" for data to work.

You can try texting the word ACTIVE to 2020 and then save the settings that get sent back to your phone.
