Hello all, I bought a new phone via Mobile Phones Direct in December 2021. The O2 tariff was advertised as £17 per month including VAT. However, I am actually being charged £20 per month. I have tried calling and cannot get through and the chat function is futile. Anybody else had similar experiences? Thanks.

Have you spoken to Mobile Phones Direct (AO) and asked them or checked your contract you signed.

Are you actually paying £20 as the bill may have a discount deducted.
usually shown as a bolt on in your MyO2 Guide: Where is my discount or Extra Data?
