I've been self employed for 2 years and claimed tax relief for line rental. However at the end of last year i went limited company and cannot claim for mobile phone expenses unless the contract is in the Company name. As i now more or less solely use the phone for business calls etc (i have a 2nd phone for personal use) would it be possible to change my contract so its in the business name? and how? Thank you in advance:)

It may be possible but you would need to call business customer service to do it.
For now they could add your business name to the contract until you renew the contract in 12 months time.

I think officially the contract has to be in company name (HMRC), does anyone has the number for Business? Please:)
