Micro Sim on upgraded phone

Hi - I have just upgraded my phone, which is yet to be delivered, but noticed after I ordered it that it takes a micro sim card. My current sim is the old style.

Will O2 send me a new micro sim with the same number or do I have to order this seperately ?

Yes they should.

Then Perform the sim swap.

If the right sized sim fails to come with it then they can be picked up from any O2 shop. Ask for the right size and the one for your account type. Ie Contract.

The process takes approx up to 24 hours but can be quicker. Just keep turning the phone off and on. Service will stop on your original SIM card first.
