How long till this is repaired i am paying for a service that i cannot even use and cannot get in contact with anyone to let me know when this will be resolved. This is very aggravating as i have just upgraded my services and cannot even use them. And now have had to pay for wifi just to use a phone i already pay a contract for!

O2 will never say how long or give a date for the repair.

All you can do is register here O2 Service Status for updates.
