topped up £15 didnt get £2 free credit

i normally top up £10 but it said if i topped up £15 (upgrading to a bigger bundle) id get £2 free credit but it hasnt gone onto my account, and it is nearly a week since i topped up.

Resolved! keeping old o2 number when porting other network number across

Hi, I have requested to port another networks number to my current o2 account. I really need to keep my current o2 number on payg. is there anyway i can reactivate my old 02 number or do i just lose the number forever? Thanks
