Resolved! 5g sim in 4g phone

I upgraded my sim contract just now and I ticked that my phone was 5g compatible, then searched to find that it wasn't. Will the 5g sim work in a 4g phone or will I have to change the sim order?

Online Paying Problems

I am trying to place an online order but the O2 site does not except any of my card details. I have also used different browsers. I have also tried using the chat. But nothing works!! Help?!

i've had a text from O2 (?) saying my payment card needs updating. But it doesn't run out till October. I"m suspicious. I've tried logging onto My O2 but can't see where to check my payment card information. Any ideas?
