Do I have to cancel old contract with 02 when I upgrade ?

I have just upgraded.  I’ve kept my old number. 

Do I have to cancel my old contract with 02, or is it swapped automatically to my new contract.

Hi @Annie123 

The upgrade automatically cancels your old contract. It's done on the system so you need to do nothing.
