its a nightmare this company! I was told that my handset deposit will be refunded after I make my 3rd payment, then it was 4, keep getting told different things. Logged a complaint, they said as a good will gesture there will be a credit on my account and If I want to i can trasnfer to my bank account. where do I see this credit when I log into my 02 acc? so I can request the refund?

The rule is that you make 3 payments on time and in full and you can then request the refund on your 4th bill.
