its a nightmare this company! I was told that my handset deposit will be refunded after I make my 3rd payment, then it was 4, keep getting told different things. Logged a complaint, they said as a good will gesture there will be a credit on my account and If I want to i can trasnfer to my bank account. where do I see this credit when I log into my 02 acc? so I can request the refund?

The rule is that you make 3 payments on time and in full and you can then request the refund on your 4th bill.

If it has been credited, you will see it under recent payments (in left side panel) if you follow this guide to the end Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?
