I have spent 5 hours on the phone with 02, I cancelled my phone a month ago and have been billed 3 times. He said yesterday he can refund me but today I got a text that it is a credit - I have left o2 and specifically said I did not want credit as it is essentially useless - it says to log into my02 to see but the app just keeps saying error and logging in using the link isn’t working. I am beyond frustrated and just want my money back.

You need to speak to Payment Management @MillieP123
Use the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
