I wish to pay my late bill and the next bill in july 27th..
Can you turn my phone back on so I can get the neccessary calls to bring in money to make this payment. by turning my phone off so i cant make any calls you have restricted my income...
I have tried to call somebody at 02 but failed and only got auto answering which only caters for me paying the bill now.. PLEASE HELP

I have tried this number several times and all i get is an automated answer machine that only deals with making payment now...

You need to call from a different phone as the system is automatically recognising your number as owing a payment.

It is not likely that o2 will reconnect your phone unless a payment is made.
This is a customer based community so we can't access accounts or help with phone reconnecting. The best way is to contact payment management.
