A huge part of the O2 network seems to be down - who else if affected?

After about 3 hours of being in denial on twitter they now are 'currently looking into the number of similar tweets' rather than telling people to turn their phone on and off again. 

Bit of a poor show there - there was clearly a major issue and it took that long even slightly admit it.

No network since about 16:30 - live status says no issues, however down dectector website has in excess of 2,200 country wide complaints  just since 5pm. phone rebooted etc ect https://downdetector.co.uk/problems/o2/map

Same here. Hubby is on O2 - 4G coverage. Then me: I've not had reception for last 2 hours. sitting next to each other. ggggrrrrrr!!

No network but showing all network fine on 02 webpage?   Also if I try and call my 02 no. it is engaged or states no. not registered or an american voice comes up?

And Im sure lost days usage will be credited.
