No one automatically gets a loyalty discount these days as O2 operate the same price for all policy.
You can however get discounts if you are eligible through your employment or student status Guide: O2 Open & Friends and Family discounts - How to sign up
and if you take more than one contract, you can get a family plan discount https://www.o2.co.uk/family-plan
