Lower tariff

My monthly bill before insurance is £37.15, I'm finding it a bit much. I don't use a lot of minutes- I have an iPhone 5, is it possible to lower my tariff?

If you took your contract out after march 2012 then I'm afraid you can't lower your tariff as the T&Cs were changed at that time. The only way to lower your tariff would be to cancel any bolt ons you have. However, cancelling your data bolt on would mean having to use wifi all the time to get the proper use out of the iphone.
