I’ve lost my sim can get the OTP to access my account to pay bill

To pay your bill, call the Payment management team @Fssss .

Their number is 0800 902 0217

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

You also need to report the sim as lost:

You could consider @Fssss setting up a direct debit so that you do not have payment issues in the future :-
