I ordered a tablet with data plan. I received the tablet Friday but there was no SIMcard inside. Does the SIM card get posted separately?

Outstanding balance.

I paid off my phone debt of £100 to moorcroft debt collection already, but I still had an outstanding balance of £88 on 02 despite them emailing me telling me that the amount I owed had been passed on to moorcroft is this correct?
