Hello, I need to get a new SIM card sent to my uk home address as I have lost mine whilst travelling. I am currently still abroad and need a replacement one sent to my home address asap please. How can this be arranged?

@Hanz1 You need to report the sim card as lost: Lost or Stolen O2 Device
If you have no phone to use download Skype: Guide: A Guide to Skype
You can then call +44800 902 0217 or +44800 032 1402 for free.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am UK time.
