I have now been without phone signal for three days. About 8 phone calls later and 5 escalations later, still nothing. My old number has been disconnected, the temporary number disconnected, the O2 account still says the temporary number and the port hasn’t taken hold. Just got off the phone with another advisor that has raised another form and says someone will be in touch within 4 hours (they said that yesterday morning too). It’s now Saturday, tomorrow is New Year’s Day and Monday a bank holiday. I appreciate that sometimes things take longer but the promise of communication and then nothing is not good customer service. Being told that someone will be in touch , day after day, and then no response is disillusioned me entirely with 02 being customer focussed. Any help appreciated please? If someone can ‘make it happen’ or at least get in touch with me when they say they will , this is a chance to turn me from an extremely disillusioned customer into a happy customer.

I'll ask @O2Sarah- to take a look but I doubt the port will happen now until Tuesday at the earliest.

Please can someone help me... I've had the same issue. I've been with O2 for 2 weeks and no one at customer service can help, after calling every single day. It seems to be a port issue from Three to O2.
I can't receive texts or calls and it's really messing with my livelihood. I rely deeply on doctor calls and other people. Please can someone help.
