Hi @Anonymous Firstly could you remove your phone number as this is a customer forum.

Contact CS immediately and report it lost. Follow this help thread http://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-and-devices/lost-or-stolen-device#qs

https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/help/help?qid=1&q1=2&route=lost_stolen&case=Lost/Stolen%20Form

Be aware that as soon as you report the loss to O2 they will block your phone for your own security.

The number shown in the top link is 24hr line. Just hang on till you are given the lost phone option

You can track an iPhone in the "find my iphone" app http://www.apple.com/uk/icloud/find-my-iphone.html
An Andriod phone here https://www.google.com/android/devicemanager
or a Windows phone here http://www.windowsphone.com/en-gb

You cannot cancel a contract just because you lost your phone. Once you report the loss, O2 will issue a new sim to you. You can use that sim in any phone you choose. Your contract will continue.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Unless you have insurance you will also need to continue to pay off the device plan part of the contract. Have you contacted the police as well as customer service?

Check home insurance and bank accounts to see if they cover you for personal items.

It is 24hrs. You just need to stay online but we've asked for it to be an ivr option already.

Stay online until the end of the ivr and you get the option for lost/stolen.

@Toby.....any update on this? This  needs sorting....

It doesn't appear to be high priority ?
