After losing my pay monthly phone and contacting 02 I was told(in very bad english) that I have to pay the remainder of my device plan to cancel the contract. I don't have £120 laying about so does this mean I could be potentially paying the bill for someone using my phone? I said I would carry on paying the monthly device plan if they sent me a replacement sim to put in my old phone, but no. Doesn't feel fair and now I'm trapped

There is no form. You need to call asap. 24hrs before O2 will start charging you for any unauthorised usage of your phone.
