I upgraded last Tuesday to an iPhone 14 pro max. DPD delivered only a cardboard box. Rang multiple times only for today a claim was put in with o2 and the handset blocked. Still not able to tell me if this can be replaced. I now have a new contract and no phone

@Ash89 You should not have to pay for a phone that you haven't received. A hold should be put on your contract. Speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217. If you have no phone to use download Skype to call for free: Guide: A Guide to Skype

Thanks guys. Been on the phone again today, and again they are not checking notes or understanding what I’m saying. ‘We can see the parcel was delivered on the 31st’ yes but the phone wasn’t in it. I’m starting to lose the will to live. Everyday I’m speaking to someone new who hardly understands English. I just want my phone 😭😭
