Hello I have purchased a sim from your company on contract and i have not received yet its been about 6 . 7 months ago and they still Charging from my bank account i just saw last week on my bank statment. So please My Request is To Please replay me What to do next.
You really should have chased this much much sooner. I doubt you will receive a refund as you signed a contract, 6-7 months ago and it was up to you to notify Customer Services, in a timely manner, if the sim was not received.

I'm not even sure you can take out a contract and not wonder why you haven't received the sim. If you took one out then surely you needed it or did you think because you hadn't received it then it would automatically be void?
