Long time no see, need some help on an upgrade drama please.

Long Time - No See 🙈 I went through a rough time after my Dad passed away, but I'm slowly coming back to my forums.

Anyhoo, just attempted to upgrade and went through the whole phone call only for it to glitch out at the last hurdle and the cs hung up 🤬

I'm pretty annoyed as it was the upgrade on us where they pay off your old device to upgrade early.

Any advice? It was apparently something to do with accepting too many "requests" which I've no idea what that even means.. Arghh so frustrating!!

All's well that ends well (I guess UK mail are no more?) DHL delivered which is a far superior agent imho. So I've got the new XS and I'm pleasantly surprised that the face id works so seamlessly. It's the reason I didn't wait for the x to begin with and opted for the iPhone 8 as it has the fingerprint sensor still.

Anyhoo, I'll endeavour to write up a short review and post it here. So far is been a positive experience.

Thank you 😀 @gindygoo, I'm much better physically. I've set in my head October 15th for going home. That's the latest in a long line of missed deadlines....
