Hiya guys,
Long Time - No See 🙈 I went through a rough time after my Dad passed away, but I'm slowly coming back to my forums.
Anyhoo, just attempted to upgrade and went through the whole phone call only for it to glitch out at the last hurdle and the cs hung up 🤬
I'm pretty annoyed as it was the upgrade on us where they pay off your old device to upgrade early.
Any advice? It was apparently something to do with accepting too many "requests" which I've no idea what that even means.. Arghh so frustrating!!

sorry to hear about your Dad but nice to see you back too.
Anyhow, you know you’re gonna have to call customer service to see if anything got sent through the system.
If no one answers tonight, call at 8.00 in the morning x

Great to see you back and belated condolences on the loss of your dad
Too many requests usually means they (or you) have tried to put your card payment through too many times.
Best advice is to ring CS again in the morning between 8-8.30am and explain what happened today. Hopefully they may be able to override the system. (if that was the problem)

Thank you, I'm kind of at the place where I can smile at happy memories without getting all maudling! Death of a parent wasn't an experience I dealt with at all well, but I guess it's like that for most.
