Live chat not working and all i want is a new sim card

I have tried well over 20 times to connect to Live Chat.  Im on a Mac and its really getting on my nerves..

 

All i want is to order a new sim card for my old iphone 4s.

 

This is not a good way to keep a pay monthly customer.

Is their a local O2 shop you could visit with photo ID ?

Try another computer and make sure pop up blocking is not turned on and or try another browser.

Or try O2 Customer Services which is 202 for Contract http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

You could order a sim from the O2 website and when it arrives you can do a sim swap?

Gemz, this would be a PAYG sim though and the OP is on contract so would give problems with settings.

It won't work.

You are on contract and they are PAYG sim cards.

@Anonymous if you read this, please don't order a sim off that link as your texts and data will not work.

You need to go in store or contact CS http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus and ask for a replacement pay monthly sim card.
