Is the live chat down? Been 'Give us a moment' all day for me, also nobody is replying on twitter. Was promised an email about my broken phone (which they have now had for 8 days) and I've had 0 contact.

Any help appreciated.

I doubt live chat would be able to help with your problem.
Much better to call and speak to an adviser.

For any Account / handset repair issues only deal with a real advisor on the phone we see too many complaints about live chat giving incorrect information.

Twitter are normally fine for some issues
