I up graded on 02 refresh last year if I pay off the phone balance does this mean I can end my contract and leave I can't make or receive calls at home so I want to find a network that WORKS

Just pay off the device plan and give 30 days notice to end the airtime. The phone is yours and you are free to go.

So sorry to bother you again but the link says you still pay for airtime plan is this just until your 30 days are up I don't want to end up paying 2 contracts

@Chaz Do not cancel any Direct Debit until you receive a final bill and that bill is zero. We have heard of many people getting into difficulty with their credit rating because of cancelling the DD too soon.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
