Hi All
I am wanting to pay my overdue bill and my phone is barred also the my 02 app is saying it’s not available to pay on line as it’s not available to me yet but it says my name at the top of the page?!! so what the hell do I do if I have no other phone?

You need to contact payment management.

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
