Hi @Jabs

See help here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number

simply way is to call customer service on 202 and ask them to migrate your number to the new sim if you now how 2 contracts but with an upgrade it should transfer your number automatically.

Or @Jabs if your old sim fits your new phone, just pop it in there and you should be good to go...Smiley Wink

Re: Keeping old number

Concerned there may be 2 contracts running here @Cleoriff or else the number wouldn't need transferring?

I did think that, though with an upgrade that wouldn't be the case surely?

Never happened to me with an upgrade so I am just speaking from personal experience of course..Smiley Wink

Anyway as you say it's best to call to double check...
