Hi @Jabs

See help here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number

simply way is to call customer service on 202 and ask them to migrate your number to the new sim if you now how 2 contracts but with an upgrade it should transfer your number automatically.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Or @Jabs if your old sim fits your new phone, just pop it in there and you should be good to go...:smileywink:

Concerned there may be 2 contracts running here @Cleoriff or else the number wouldn't need transferring?

I did think that, though with an upgrade that wouldn't be the case surely?

Never happened to me with an upgrade so I am just speaking from personal experience of course..:smileywink:

Anyway as you say it's best to call to double check...
