How do I keep my previous number?
I've filled in the online form with all the details but I've now had two emails saying that the information failed the security checks. I think it's probably to do with the bit wher it requests characters from a password (that isn't the login password)! - so which password is it?
I only got this new phone yesterday (Samsung Galaxy S10) and I've copied across all my contacts etc from my old Samsung S6 but I really want to keep my old number.
I've tried ringing 202 but the automated responses eventually disconnected me.
Can anyone help?

You need the letters from your security question.
If you can't remember it, you can reset it in your MyO2 under Manage my details.
