Resolved! potential fraud

I've just received a text message from a mobile number claiming to be o2 saying a payment could not be processed by my bank. Seems strange as my bill as already left my account. Where do i report it or confirm it is a legit message?

I have been sent a new sim card, as ive lost my old one, but I can not activate the new one as its sending a conformation pin to my mobile number which I cant retrieve as i dont have the old sim card? How can I activate my new sim?
