Hi I've just agreed to an upgrade on my o2 contract but I forgot to tell customer services that I want to keep my old number. Do I need to call again?

Hi Jmack,

 

You shouldn't need to call us again if you wish to keep the number you're currently using with us. You can use your current sim card. We will also send out another replacement sim card with your new phone if your new phone needs a new size sim or to access 5G capabilities.
