I’m an existing 02 customer and have been paying £10/month pay as you go.
Following the data allowance being used up in 2 weeks (this has never happened before) I contacted 02 and was convinced a monthly contract was better. The real benefit was I could keep my existing number.
I’ve now received a new SIM but the number is different.
I can’t call 02 and the virtual assistant is useless on this matter.

You will need to follow the details in this guide to get your old PAYG number onto the Pay Monthly Sim Guide: Migration & porting into O2
If you cant call o2 then use Guide: A Guide to Skype to call 0800 081 0255 and select the customer service option.
