Just had a Unusual bill through

Hi I’ve just had an unusual bill my bill over the last few years has been between £90 and £150 but just a bill for over £300+ for this month I’ve looked it’s saying it’s a gambling app? Yet I never gambled? Or down loaded the app it’s saying ( Poker Stars ) what can I do about it?

You also need to contact O2 and ask them to place the following bars on your account
Bar all Direct to bill debits
Bar Premium rate numbers
You should also ask for a "charge to mobile" bar

hi if you give customer service a call they can have a look on your account for you and find out exactly what it is and how much it's charging you and how regularly it's charging you... if you have no idea about this they can sort it their end for you, the numbers you could use are 202 off your o2 mobile or 08000901808 from landline 😊
