Itemised bill/ recovering numbers

Anonymous
Not applicable

Is it possible to obtain a list of dialled/ received numbers made/received on my phone?

I have not got access to my phone / sim and need desperately to contact somebody,I would recognize the number if I saw it but sadly its not in the top ten calls list.

I have read posts relevant to my query but have had no success .

I am on a sim only, pay monthly tariff, would this mean I cannot get a detailed list and limited to only "top ten" ?

Hi,

Itemised bills should be available through your MY02 which can be accessed by the tab at the top of this forum.

Click on current bill and then the 'download as pdf' link.

In My O2 open your bill. Then click on 'what I've used' which will give you the option to see all call and texts etc.

If it is a number you want that is not on your current bill you can check on your previous bills in the left hand menu.

You can access your dialled numbers via MyO2 as BoB says but it won't show received calls, that would only be accessible from your handset's history unfortunately.
