Hi. 

 

Is it possible to view very old bills? 

From over 2 years ago ?

When I go to view my older bills the dropdown option only shows up to October 2016.

Where I need to look at my bill from January 2016.

2 years is the maximum you can view yourself and also from customer service too I think but you could give them a call on 202 to ask.
