Therefore, are you also seeing VoLTE icon on other android devices you try but cannot make 4G calls?

Are you able to make calls to another O2 VoLTE device?

Nothing works. I even tried making a call to a Three device which I can make VoLTE calls on and still the same.

Only with a Three sim card, not O2 sim.

The answer is no o2 have not enabled volte on the network as stated by Toby above

VoLTE is not just about a switch. It is about changing the telephone network from a circuit-switched one to the one based on IP.
