Can someone please clarify for me.....
I have received an email to say that the tariff i am on will soon increase in cost. I took out a 24-month contract with O2, so am shocked to see that the cost is increasing!! Does this not completely go against the point of having a contract?? All of the terms are clearly stated (i.e. the cost per month, the term, who and when...) and then signed.
Unless someone is about to copy and paste the tiniest piece of smallprint in the world, i think we're all being had!! If O2 can increase is by 50p today, can they increase it by £50 tomorrow??
And, if they can make changes, can i change my contract duration to say, 1 month??
Solved! Go to Solution.

4g should be paid for by the people that receive it. does sky ask u to pay for channels u dont receive
From what I gather from your posts, you aren't even an O2 mobile customer, so apart from being a spammer and a nuisance, what is the point of you posting all this nonsense?

7 whole months! Wow! This is the first O2 price increase in years, and way after all the other networks raised their prices. The outage last year is ancient history. It didn't affect everyone. If you're so unhappy with O2, just leave.
You are so ignorant that you don't even realise that no one on O2 gets 4G yet. It hasn't been implemented. The only network that has 4G at the moment is EE.

thats the thing. i have 6 months left and o2 know that. it will be the last time with o2.and i have had contract phones since the bricks of 1992 and not once has any of the networks i have been with increased them midterm. the 3 day no service is the first i have had also since 1992 so all in all o2 will be the losers here and many of the writers on here as when o2 have no customers they will have no jobs.just remember bigger companies have gone under
So in 20 years your service was lost for 3 days, and you feel that is justification for ranting on loads of different threads about a 3.2% price increase. Every other major phone network has increased their prices, and they did it long before O2 did.
I do not work for O2. What you fail to comprehend is that this forum is populated by customers. There are very few contributors who acually work for O2, and they express their own opinions, not O2 policy.
