How do I stop incoming premium messages currently being charged at £3.75 each? No phone number for customer services, I have no social media and no time to go to an O2 store to get advice

Sorry to hear you have fallen victim to a premium message scam.

Please check out the very useful advice offered.

Did the text message include mention of stopping future messages by texting STOP? If so text STOP straight away.

Call O2 customer service and ask for a bar to direct bill and bar to premium calls on your phone.

I hope you are successful in getting your money back.
