Just changed my sim only on the o2 app to a slightly cheaper one. I said that I’ve got an iPhone and I’m keeping this sim but the email I received said that they will give me delivery information about a new sim? Is this just part of a standard email or will I get a new sim?

If you get a new sim you don't need to do anything with it... as long as the one you already have is working ok.

Just put it in a drawer somewhere...wink

Just carry on using your sim. Ive just changed tariff and got the same email. I'm sim only too.
