I would like to buy an esim

I have tried to contact support to purchase an esim in addition to my o2 phone and nano sim , this is for another phone so I can get additional data and coverage ,  but it seems impossible to get o2 to send one out ?? They keep telling me they will send one to replace the sim I already have !! Or go to a shop ! It’s 30 miles away and as I drive a van I can’t get in the car parks ,  anyone else managed to get one , they don’t appear to be available in the o2 online shop !!

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
