I want to renew my web daily as per the message sent but I didn't take down the number to text. Astonishingly, it is not anywhere to be found. 

 

Could you please provide the number asap?

Either use WiFi if you have it or call customer service as advised or you could change to a tariff that’s more suitable to your needs

If you want web daily just use data on your phone and it will automatically take £1 from your balance.

I thought the OP had possibly had data switched off but maybe the settings are incorrect in which case @Mamillian could Text ACTIVE to 2020.
